It often seems as if our hard earned money is going out into the hands of big named brands more so than staying in our bank accounts. Why? Well for starters, we live in a world that encourages us to spend, spend, spend.

It’s not easy to turn the other cheek when someone you trusted betrays you or takes your kindness for weakness. Better yet, it’s even more difficult to forgive a person who does not feel any remorse for what they’ve done.

I began to wander off into occultism or ‘new age spiritualism,’ despite my belief in Christ. Surely, with seeking new age practices, I eventually realized that I was falling away from God, while heading down a path of instability, confusion and double-mindedness.
A child is often too immature to understand the consequences of his or her wrongdoing. So, what’s the excuse of adults who still carry the mentality of ‘But they did it too?’
Sadness and/or depression is a touchy subject. Yet, it’s a topic that is now running wild in everyone’s households. Many people, along with myself, have either encountered symptoms of depression or know someone who is dealing with it.
No one wants to be humiliated, rejected or betrayed. This can be one of the most painful experiences one can ever encounter. When it happens, you may feel alone, not worthy of love or respect, and that the world as you know it… is over.
